Questions & answers

How do I pay for my order?
We accept bank transfer, PromptPay QR and mobile banking. After you place your order we show our account details — transfer the total and upload your payment slip. Your order is confirmed once our team verifies the slip.
How do I upload my payment slip?
Go to Account → Orders, open your order and choose "Submit payment slip". A screenshot from your banking app is fine (image or PDF, up to 5 MB). If a slip is rejected you'll see the reason there and can upload a new one.
How long does payment verification take?
Our team checks every slip by hand, usually soon after you upload it during business hours. You'll get a notification as soon as your payment is approved and we start packing.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, as long as the payment hasn't been verified yet — open the order in Account → Orders and cancel it there. Once an order is paid, please contact us and we'll help.
How much is delivery?
Standard delivery (1–2 days) is ฿40 and same-day express is ฿90. Store pickup is free. Standard delivery is free on orders over ฿2,000.
How can I track my delivery?
Once your order ships, open it in Account → Orders to see the courier and tracking number. We also send you a notification at each step.
What if an item is out of stock?
You can only order what we have in stock — your cart tells you if a quantity isn't available. Add the item to your wishlist and check back; we restock regularly.
Do you offer wholesale prices for businesses?
Yes — restaurants, shops and resellers can get wholesale prices on larger quantities. Apply from Account → Business account (we review applications within 1–2 business days), or contact us. Once approved, wholesale prices apply automatically when you reach each product's minimum quantity.
How do loyalty points work?
You earn 1 point for every ฿100 you spend, and more as you reach Silver and Gold tiers. Redeem points at checkout — for example 500 points for ฿25 off. See your balance in Account → Loyalty.
I forgot my password. What do I do?
Contact us by phone or email. We'll set a temporary password for you, and you'll choose a new one the next time you log in.
